While this urgent battle is challenging us all, our hearts have come closer because of each other’s dedication and service, and we are more confident than ever of winning the virus war. At the frontline, doctors and nurses are working around the clock to save lives. At every corner of the city, thousands of people are holding their grounds, striving to keep the city running safely. Here at Parkview Green FangCaoDi, many of our coworkers remain at their posts, working as “guardian angels” to provide us a safe environment through their meticulous work. Their dedication not only touches hearts but also brings us courage to conquer the epidemic.

每日清晨，侨福芳草地的守护者们早起集合，佩戴好防护口罩，测量体温。在所有检测都合格后，提前到达自己所负责的区域，开始日常的工作。

Every morning, our guardian angels put on masks and undergo body temperature check at the designated area. After they are given all-clear, they arrive in their areas of responsibility ahead of time to start the daily work.

无论是商场公共区域、楼宇卫生间，还是楼道、电梯间、写字楼，在侨福芳草地大楼的每一个角落，都有侨福芳草地守护者们细致消杀的身影。看得见的地方要消杀彻底，看不见的地方更不能遗漏，这样才能让每一位来到侨福芳草地的人都感到安心。

Meticulously carrying out disinfection and cleaning work, guardian angels are everywhere in the building. You may see them in all the public areas, such as restrooms, corridors, elevators and the office area. Disinfection is performed thoroughly in each and every corner of the building without missing even the smallest detail, so as to provide everyone a safe and assured environment.

为了更好的落实防疫工作要求，我们关闭了大厦多处出入口，仅开放购物中心东门为人员出入口及地下停车场为车辆出入口。到访人员进入大厦必须按要求全程佩戴口罩，侨福芳草地守护者们全天都会在门口为大家测量体温。

To better implement the epidemic prevention measures, we have closed almost all entry and exit points of the building, leaving only the East Entrance and Parking Lot for access during this period. Everyone entering the building is required to wear a mask and undergo body temperature check, which is conducted by our guardian angels.

在停车场的入口，侨福芳草地守护者们也会为驾车来到侨福芳草地的每个人测量体温，如果您遇到了正在辛勤工作的他们，记得多多配合哦。

You may see them hard at work everywhere, such as in the shopping centre, office building or restrooms. They make sure that disinfectants are poured into sewers on time, high-contact public areas are disinfected regularly and wastes in the restrooms are cleared away timely. Since the epidemic outbreak, these functions have become part and parcel of their daily routine.

特殊时期，城市超市坚持为大家供应充足、丰富的新鲜食材和生活所需，每天都有许多人来此为宅居生活“补货”。人流量较多的地方，是防护的重点区域。因此，在城市超市门口您一定会看到侨福芳草地守护者的身影。他们在这一站就是一天，在备好消毒物资的小小工作台前，为每一位进入城市超市的顾客测量体温，做好保护工作。

In this special time, our supermarket City Shop continues to provide sufficient fresh produce and necessities, and many people visit it each day to stock up. Wherever there is high flow of customers, the protection level also goes up. Therefore, you will see our guardian angels there too. They work whole day, conducting temperature checks on customers at their humble workstation, where essentials for disinfection are prepared.

侨福芳草地特殊时期的营业时间已经结束了，侨福芳草地守护者们却还在忙碌着。他们正在对各自负责的区域进行彻底消杀。在写字楼内，他们用特制的消毒水对走廊区域进行清洁。企业复工在即，他们要为大家提供一个安全放心的办公场所。这，是他们心中最重要的事。

Although the shopping mall has closed already at this time during the special period, our guardian angels continue to work there every day. They are still busy carrying out the disinfection work in their responsible areas. In the office building, they are cleaning the corridors with special disinfectant. As more companies resume work, these guardian angels want to provide everyone a safe and assured working environment, and this is the most important thing in their hearts.

特殊时期，每位侨福芳草地守护者都比平时更加辛苦。为了大家的安全，大厦早已将写字楼内空调机组全部关闭，并开启电动窗，加强大厦内的通风。而侨福芳草地守护者们每天仍会对办公区域进行严格消毒及定时通风，甚至比以往更加用心。他们坚信，这样才能最大限度地为写字楼办公人员提供安全放心的工作环境。

During this special period, the guardian angels are working much harder than ever. To ensure everyone’s safety, the air condition system in the building has been completely shut down and electric windows have been opened to ensure ventilation. In the office areas, guardian angels carry out disinfection and increase ventilation on a regular basis each day.
